South Coast based Kawasaki solus dealer, Alf's Motorcycles have been declared the 2010 winner of the Kawasaki Motors UK Retail Satisfaction Index award.
Combining customer rated scores gathered in both the initial sales process and the following service CSI results, the award recognises the efforts of a Kawasaki dealership where customer focus is paramount at every stage of the ownership experience according to Howard Dale, General Manager of Kawasaki Motors UK, who presented the award to Mick Godfrey of Alf's at the store's recent new model launch night.
"It would have been easy for the team at Alf's to rest on their laurels as they achieved a magnificent runner up spot last year against some really strong competition from throughout the national dealer network", commented Howard.
"Instead, they worked on new systems and support for customers and moved up a place to secure the much coveted top spot in our Retail Satisfaction Index programme"
Self confessed long time Kawasaki fan and successful Endurance racer, Mick Godfrey, displayed his trademark enthusiasm when presented with the award, saying:
"This is mega news for all of us at Alf's. Our goal is to match our desire to be enthusiastic, human and approachable with an underlying customer service strategy that ensures every one of our customers feels part of the Alf's Motorcycles experience. We might not be able to go one better again next year, but we will certainly be doing all we can to preserve our place at the top!"
